DV Expo Volunteer Opportunities
Attend DV Expo by becoming a Conference Volunteer.
Volunteering not only allows you to meet and mingle with other digital video professionals;
it allows you to attend conference sessions and events in exchange for your work.
For each day you volunteer you will be allowed to attend a day of the conference at no cost.
The program is based on a one for one exchange.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate half-day exchanges.
Volunteer commitment:
- One for one exchange of days (must be available to volunteer 3 days)
- Attend MANDATORY volunteer training session, Sunday, December 2, 2020 (time and location TBA)
Duties include:
- Monitoring conference sessions
- Distribute, collect and tabulate speaker evaluations
- Provide assistance to the instructors, as needed (distributing handouts, calling on technical support, etc)
- Assisting conference attendees in their questions
- Handle miscellaneous projects as needed
Conference Information:
- Volunteer Dates: December 2-7, 2001
- Location: South Hall K at the Los Angeles Convention
Center
Los Angeles, CA.
- Volunteer Hours: Approximately 7:00A.M. - 7:00P.M.
Please note: Acceptance into the volunteer program, along with the volunteer's schedule and assignments, will be made in accordance with the needs of the conference planners.
Volunteers play an essential role throughout this event.
