Include your company logo on the official conference bag and your
brand will be carried throughout the show and into the streets creating

Produce a high-quality, sturdy bag to be given to every paid conference attendee upon registration, filled with pertinent show materials, collateral and giveaways. Position your staff in high-traffic areas to distribute your company's
advertising material/flyers, product demo or ad-specialty item to attendees as they enter the registration area and attendee common areas. Client provides staff and materials for distribution.

LANYARD SPONSORSHIP    $4000 exclusive
Produce a useful giveaway by providing the attendees with a
lanyard badge holder. Place your company name, logo and/or
booth number on the strings and you will be assured to drive high
volumes of exhibit traffic to your booth. They will be distributed to
every attendee upon registration. Production and shipping costs are
not included in sponsorship price.

BADGE INSERTS     $2500 exclusive
Create walking billboards to be worn by every attendee. You will be
responsible for creating and printing the insert and can design it to
drive booth traffic, create name/brand recognition or tie it in with your
promotion or giveaway. Production and shipping costs are not included
in sponsorship price.

CONFERENCE NOTEBOOKS   $1250 exclusive
You will be on the minds of all conference attendees as they pick
up their complimentary notebook/portfolio at registration. Your logo
on the cover will be seen during every session as the attendees use
the notebook to take notes. You will leave a lasting impression, which
will travel far beyond the show as it is brought back to the office.

CONFERENCE BAG INSERT    $1000
Distribute your company's advertising material/flyer, product demo or
ad-specialty item directly into the hands of every conference attendee.
You'll gain exposure at the event and your message will travel home with
each conference attendee. Insert design and produced by client. Production  and shipping costs not included in sponsorship price. Must be delivered by  established pre-show deadline in order to be included. Maximum size 9" x 12".  Items NOT allowed as bag inserts: pens, notebooks/notepads larger than 5"x7",
lanyards.

TRAVEL MUG SPONSORSHIP   $1250 exclusive
Produce the travel mugs to be given to every conference attendee at
the show,displaying your company logo and message and the show logo.
By sponsoring this useful giveaway, handed to each conference attendee
when they pick up their badge, you will be kept in the minds of hundreds
of industry professionals. Production and shipping costs are not included in
sponsorship price. Must display Digital Video  Expo logo in addition to client logo.

CONFERENCE PENS  $750 exclusive
Place your company name and logo, along with the show logo, on the official show pens. Produce the pens that will be distributed to all members of the press, speakers and conference attendees during the event. Production and shipping costs are not included in sponsorship price. FREE-STANDING BILLBOARDS   $1500 per billboard
Create one or several free-standing billboards to promote your company's
message, products and unique selling point. These eight-foot-tall signs will be strategically placed at registration, exhibit entrances or in busy hallways. Designed by client and art supplied to Digital Video Expo by deadline.

OFFICIAL SHOW T-SHIRT SPONSORSHIP    $2000 exclusive
Place your company name and logo, along with the show logo, on the
official show t-shirts that will be distributed to conference attendees
during the event. Production and shipping costs are not included in

to offer to video professionals. With a 45 minute presentation, bring your
new products/services to the forefront in this special theater on the show
floor. To promote your presentation, there will be signage on the show floor, loud speaker announcements, flyers at registration and a listing in the Presentation Theater Schedule in the show directory.

EMAIL ACCESS CENTER       $3500 exclusive
The attendees need an effective way to tap remotely into their systems
back at the office. There will be a set of fully configured computer terminals with high-speed Internet connectivity. You can place your sponsorship signage inside the Email Center, customize the desktop on each of the monitors and have each browser set to your site as the homepage.
